This is my first season with Gorlin and I decided to go with them because they were highly recommended. After having a new energy efficient pump installed I clearly see why the great recommendations.
From start to finish I was treated as if I were their only customer. Cory, who did the installation was very professional and extremely knowledgeable and was easy to reach when I had follow up questions.
Finally, dealing with Steve via e-mail was a complete pleasure. He answered all my questions regarding the new pump and was very courteous despite the many questions I asked.

All of your workers treated my property with respect and care. I was impressed with their attitude, superior workmanship, and how completely they cleaned up the work site every day.

I never expected that every time I reached out to Brian, he would answer immediately. The planned schedule for my renovation was accurate and the job was completed on time and within my budget. This was done even after I added several side jobs to the initial contract.

Just wanted to thank you for being so diligent and following up on the leak in our Surf City pool. It was fixed and the pool was used heavily Memorial Day Weekend. I don't think any other service would have been so reliable in getting this repaired in a timely manner, especially right before a holiday weekend. Your company always takes it upon themselves to follow through on necessary actions, unlike other companies that require multiple phone calls to get action. You were even good enough to give me after hours phone call to update me on the situation. A similar example occurred on my pool in Robbinsville. When they opened the pool some tiles had fallen off. Rather than ignoring them, they pointed it out to my wife and said they would be back. Eric called to schedule and when he couldn't make it that day, was good enough to call and let us know, but assured us he would be out within a day or two. Sure enough, with no additional action on my part, he called, then came out and made the necessary repairs. I am convinced no other pool company would be this thorough in their work and provide such outstanding customer service. That is the primary reason why all my business goes to Gorlin Pools. Thanks for the great work by you and your team!
